1. Products and customisation

Our cookies are handmade and made to order. Photographs are design references; small differences in colour, placement, shape, and finish are normal. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, colours, quantities, and other customisation details before payment.

Box contents, ingredients, and allergen information must be confirmed before ordering. Please read our Ingredients & Allergens notice.

2. Orders and payment

An order is submitted only after checkout details are completed and payment is successfully processed by Ziina. Prices are shown in AED. The website currently adds a fixed AED 40 UAE delivery fee before payment. We will provide an electronic order receipt after confirmed payment.

3. Delivery

The earliest selectable delivery date is three days after checkout. Dates are requested delivery dates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide an accurate address or map pin, property details, and a working UAE phone number. We may contact the customer to clarify delivery information.

4. Changes, cancellations, and problems

Customer-requested cancellations are accepted only when the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations requested later cannot be accepted because the products are personalised, perishable, and may already be in preparation. Date or customisation changes are subject to availability. This deadline does not remove any rights a customer has under applicable UAE law for products that are defective, damaged, incomplete, materially different from their description, or delivered too late to be useful. 5. Acceptable requests

We may decline wording, imagery, or designs that are unlawful, infringe another person’s rights, or are unsafe or inappropriate to produce. Customers confirm they have permission to request any names, logos, characters, or artwork they supply.

6. Privacy and communications

We use order information to prepare, deliver, and support orders as explained in our Privacy Policy. Order-related phone or WhatsApp contact is not marketing consent. Promotional messages require separate permission.

7. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by the competent UAE authorities and courts.
