Food allergies can be serious. The information below is provisional until every supplier label has been verified.
Base ingredients
Butter, sugar, egg, wheat flour, vanilla, and sugar paste.
Provisional sugar-paste ingredients
Sugar-paste recipes vary by supplier, colour, and decoration. They may include sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oils or fats, humectants such as glycerol, starch, thickeners or stabilisers such as cellulose gum (CMC) and other gums, emulsifiers, acidity regulators, preservatives, flavourings, and food colours. Edible decorations or metallic finishes may contain additional colours, glazing agents, anti-caking agents, and carriers. This is a precautionary general list, not a verified pack-specific ingredient declaration.
Important allergy warning
Confirmed recipe allergens are wheat/gluten, milk, and egg. Sugar paste, decorations, supplier warnings, or shared handling may also introduce soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, or sulphites. Customers with any food allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease, or other dietary requirement must not order or consume a product until Nanocookiez has checked the exact ingredients used for that order and confirmed suitability in writing.
Customer responsibility
Tell us about allergies before payment and wait for written confirmation. Notes entered in a customisation box do not by themselves mean that an allergy-safe order has been accepted.
Packaging information
The delivered package should include the applicable product name, ingredient and allergen information, storage guidance, and best-before information. If this information is missing, do not serve the product until Nanocookiez confirms it.
